Honey & Garlic Baked Brie

I loooooove a good charcuterie and cheese board and baked Brie is one of my favourite additions!

Making this appetizer couldn’t be easier – start by making several slits in the top of the Brie to allow it to get all melty in the oven. 

  
Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic and cover the top of the Brie. Drizzle generously with honey and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

   
Serve with toasted baguette and/or crackers and enjoy with charcuterie and, of course, lots of wine 😉

   

This was made in a ceramic Brie baker, which you can find at Winners, Loblaws, or many other kitchen stores and if you don’t have one I highly recommend picking one up! Once you try it you’ll be looking for excuses to bust it out!
