Brussel Sprouts!

I used to hate these when I was younger but now they’re my favourite veggie! This recipe is to die for and you will be popping theses sprouts like they’re candy! I promise!

Ingredients:

  • Brussels sprouts washed and chopped with outer leaves removed
  • Vegeta food seasoning 
  • Grape seed oil or olive oil

   

Lay out sprouts on baking tray and lightly coat with oil. Sprinkle a generous amount of seasoning over top and gently toss. 

Pop in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees. I prefer them a little crispy but it’s up to you!

Try adding some bacon or pancetta if you want to add a little something extra.
